Standing appointments, held
A client on a course of treatment is the backbone of a steady clinic. Soopaspace books that standing slot in one go, so the weeks ahead are set without a message each time.

A standing slot on a cycle
Set an appointment to repeat every week, fortnight or month, and the next ones are in the diary already. The client knows their time is held, you know your diary is filling, and nobody has to ask again.
- A standing slot at the gap you choose
- The run booked in one go
- The client sees it confirmed
- No message each time to set the next
Move one, keep the rest
Each appointment in the run is its own booking, so a holiday or a clash moves on its own while the standing slot stays put for the weeks after. A reminder goes out before each one with a link to move it inside your notice.
- Each appointment is its own booking
- Move or skip one without touching the rest
- A reminder before every appointment
- Clients reschedule inside your notice

Common questions
- Can a client move one appointment in the run?
- Yes. Each appointment is its own booking, so a single one can move for a holiday or a clash while the standing slot stays booked for the weeks that follow.
- How often can it repeat?
- At whatever gap suits the plan, from weekly to monthly, booked in one go so the appointments ahead are already in your diary.
