For driveway cleaning

Booking for driveway cleaning

A block-paved drive to clean, joints to re-sand, a surface to seal: Soopaspace lets a customer describe the job, send a quote or book a visit, take a deposit to hold the day, and invoice the balance once the drive is done.

Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

Quote or book the visit

A drive is priced off the size and the surface, so a customer describes the job from your page and you send a clear quote, or let them book a visit outright. A deposit on the quote holds the day, so time set aside for a block-paved drive is paid toward rather than pencilled in.

  • Customers describe the drive from your page
  • You send a quote, or let them book a visit
  • A deposit holds the day you set aside
  • Time blocked out that really happens

Re-sanding and sealing covered

A clean that goes on to re-sand the joints or seal the surface needs kiln-dried sand and sealant bought in before you start. A deposit when the work is booked covers what you buy in, so you are not funding someone else’s drive while you wait on the day.

  • A deposit covers the sand and sealant
  • A bigger job can hold a bigger deposit
  • No funding the job before you start
  • The balance due when the work is done

Paid when the drive is done

When the blocks are clean, the joints are re-sanded and the surface is sealed, invoice the balance and the customer pays by card from the email, with the deposit already off the total. Paid, part-paid and overdue are tracked, and a polite reminder chases the ones who forget.

  • Invoice the balance, paid by card from the email
  • The deposit comes off what is owed
  • Paid, part-paid and overdue all tracked
  • A reminder chases a late payer for you

Common questions

Can a deposit cover re-sanding and sealing?
Yes. You set the deposit per job, so a drive that needs kiln-dried sand and sealant bought in can carry a larger deposit, taken by card when the customer accepts the quote. The balance is invoiced when the work is done.
How does the customer pay the balance?
By card from the invoice email once the drive is done, with the deposit already off the total. Paid, part-paid and overdue are tracked, and transfer or cash can be recorded too.
