For electricians

From enquiry to booked job

Electrical work rarely has a fixed price on the door. Soopaspace lets a customer describe the job from your page, you quote for what it actually needs, and a deposit on the quote holds the date.

Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

A quote for the real job

A customer sends the details, extra sockets or a new board, and you reply with a clear quote for that work. No figure guessed on the phone, just a tidy price they can accept and plan around.

  • The customer describes the work up front
  • You quote for exactly what it needs
  • A clear figure, not a phone guess
  • They accept it in a tap

A deposit that holds the days

When they accept, a card deposit on the quote holds the date, so the days set aside for a rewire are paid toward rather than pencilled in. The balance is invoiced when the work signs off, with the deposit already off the total.

  • A deposit holds the date when they accept
  • Days set aside are paid toward
  • The balance invoiced on completion
  • The deposit comes off what is owed

Common questions

Does the deposit come off the final bill?
Yes. The deposit paid on the quote is deducted from the total, so the final invoice only asks for the balance.
What if the work grows once I start?
You raise the final invoice for the work actually done, so it reflects the real job. The deposit still comes off, and the customer pays the balance by card from the email.
