Booking for exam tutors
Soopaspace books your weekly revision sessions in one go, sells a block of sessions for the run-up to an exam, and lets a new family book a first chat, so your time goes on the teaching, not the diary.
Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

Weekly sessions through the term
Set a student up with a weekly session and book it across the term in one go, so the same time each week is held right up to the exam. Each session is its own booking, so a mock week or a half-term can move without touching the rest.
- A standing weekly session, held all term
- Booked in one go, right up to the exam
- Each session its own booking, so one can move alone
- A reminder before every session
A block of sessions for the run-up
Sell a block of sessions for the weeks before an exam, paid up front by card, so the revision is funded and the family committed. They book the sessions one at a time from the balance as the exam draws closer.
- A block of sessions paid up front
- Funded revision in the run-up to an exam
- Booked one at a time from the balance
- The balance clear to both of you
A first chat to see where they are
Let a new family book a first chat straight from your page, free if you want it to be the way in, or paid if you work in the conversation. It is the natural start before a run of revision sessions, and a reminder means it actually happens.
- A first chat booked from your page
- Free as a way in, or paid if you prefer
- A reminder before it, so it happens
- Everything in one place, not three apps

Common questions
- Can I book a student’s sessions right up to the exam?
- Yes. A weekly session repeats across the term and is booked in one go, so the time is held up to the exam. Each session is its own booking, so a mock week can move without disturbing the rest.
- Can I offer a free first chat with a new family?
- Yes. A first chat can be booked from your page free of charge, as a way in, or paid if you work in the conversation. A reminder goes out before it either way.
