Booking for fencing contractors

A run of panels, new posts, a gate to hang: Soopaspace lets a customer describe the job, send a quote, take a deposit to hold the day, and invoice the balance once the last panel is in.

Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

Quote, then hold the day

A fencing job is priced off the run and the ground, not a list, so a customer describes the boundary from your page and you send a clear quote. A deposit on the quote holds the day, so time set aside for a run of fencing is paid toward rather than pencilled in.

  • Customers describe the boundary from your page
  • You send a clear quote for the work
  • A deposit holds the day you set aside
  • Time blocked out that really happens

Materials covered before you start

Posts, panels, gravel boards, concrete and a gate can be a lot to lay out before the first post goes in. A deposit when the work is booked covers the materials you buy in, so you are not funding someone else’s boundary while you wait on the day.

  • A deposit covers the posts and panels
  • A bigger job can hold a bigger deposit
  • No funding the job before you start
  • The balance due when the work is done

Paid when the last panel is in

When the posts are set and the panels are in, invoice the balance and the customer pays by card from the email, with the deposit already off the total. Paid, part-paid and overdue are tracked, and a polite reminder chases the ones who forget.

  • Invoice the balance, paid by card from the email
  • The deposit comes off what is owed
  • Paid, part-paid and overdue all tracked
  • A reminder chases a late payer for you

Common questions

Can a deposit cover the posts and panels?
Yes. You set the deposit per job, so a run that needs posts, panels, gravel boards and concrete bought in can carry a larger deposit, taken by card when the customer accepts the quote. The balance is invoiced when the work is done.
How does the customer pay the balance?
By card from the invoice email once the last panel is in, with the deposit already off the total. Paid, part-paid and overdue are tracked, and transfer or cash can be recorded too.
