For handymen

From enquiry to booked job

A handyman job rarely has a fixed price up front. Soopaspace lets a customer enquire, you send a quote for the work, and a deposit on it holds the day.

Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

A quote that turns into a booking

The customer tells you what they need from your page, you reply with a clear quote, and when they accept, a card deposit holds the date. The job goes straight into your diary, so there is no separate back and forth to pin down a day.

  • Customers enquire from your page
  • You send a clear, tidy quote
  • A deposit on the quote holds the day
  • The accepted job drops into your diary

The yes that holds the day

A quote is only worth something if the customer turns up. A deposit means a held Saturday is paid toward, not just promised, so you are not keeping a day free for a job that quietly goes cold. The balance is invoiced when the work is done.

  • A deposit holds the day for real
  • The money is yours when they accept
  • No day held for a job that goes quiet
  • The balance invoiced on completion

Common questions

Can I take a deposit when a customer accepts a quote?
Yes. When the customer accepts, a card deposit on the quote holds the date and is paid toward the total. The balance is invoiced when the job is finished.
What happens to the deposit if the job changes?
The deposit counts toward the total, so if the job grows or shrinks, the final invoice is adjusted and the deposit comes off what is owed.
