For landscapers

Booking for landscapers

A patio to lay, a lawn to turf, a garden to make over: Soopaspace lets a customer describe the project, send a quote, take a deposit to hold the dates, and invoice the balance once the garden is done.

Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

Quote, then hold the dates

A garden project books days, not an hour, so a customer describes the garden from your page and you send a clear quote for the work. A deposit on the quote holds the dates, so a week set aside for a patio and turf is a week that is paid toward rather than pencilled in.

  • Customers describe the garden from your page
  • You send a clear quote for the work
  • A deposit holds the dates you block out
  • Days set aside that really happen

Materials covered before you start

Slabs, aggregate, turf and plants can be a lot to lay out before a spade goes in the ground. A deposit when the work is booked covers the materials you buy in, so you are not funding someone else’s garden while you wait on the dates.

  • A deposit covers the slabs and materials
  • A bigger job can hold a bigger deposit
  • No funding the job before you start
  • The balance due when the work is done

Paid when the garden is done

When the last slab is down and the turf is laid, invoice the balance and the customer pays by card from the email, with the deposit already off the total. Paid, part-paid and overdue are tracked, and a polite reminder chases the ones who forget.

  • Invoice the balance, paid by card from the email
  • The deposit comes off what is owed
  • Paid, part-paid and overdue all tracked
  • A reminder chases a late payer for you

Common questions

Can a deposit cover the slabs and materials?
Yes. You set the deposit per job, so a project that needs slabs, aggregate, turf or plants bought in can carry a larger deposit, taken by card when the customer accepts the quote. The balance is invoiced when the work is done.
How does the customer pay the balance?
By card from the invoice email once the garden is done, with the deposit already off the total. Paid, part-paid and overdue are tracked, and transfer or cash can be recorded too.
