A client fills in the enquiry form on your page, with a link to their reference photos if they have one. From your Enquiries inbox you send a quote with a price and a deposit. The client opens it, chooses to pay the deposit or the full amount, and pays by card. The quote shows the deposit paid and what is left, and the rest can be paid by card from the same link.
For flash or a fixed-length sitting, set the deposit on the service. The client pays it by card when they book, the slot is theirs, and the rest is paid on the day.
A new client is saved to your client list the first time you quote or they book. Their page keeps their bookings, quotes, payments and your private notes together.
