For tree surgeons

Booking for tree surgeons

A crown to reduce, a hedge to cut back, a tree to take down: Soopaspace lets a customer describe the job, send a quote, take a deposit to hold the day, and invoice the balance once the site is cleared.

Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

Quote, then hold the day

A tree job is priced off the tree and the access, not a list, so a customer describes the work from your page and you send a clear quote. A deposit on the quote holds the day, so time set aside for a removal, with the climbing kit and the chipper booked around it, is paid toward rather than pencilled in.

  • Customers describe the tree and the access
  • You send a clear quote for the work
  • A deposit holds the day you set aside
  • Time blocked out that really happens

The day held, not held on trust

A big removal can tie up a whole day and a full crew, and a day lost to a job that falls through is a day you cannot sell twice. A deposit when the work is booked means the day is paid toward, so a cancellation does not leave the team standing idle.

  • A deposit holds the day for the crew
  • A bigger job can hold a bigger deposit
  • No day lost to a job that goes quiet
  • The balance due when the work is done

Paid when the site is cleared

When the last branch is chipped and the site is raked over, invoice the balance and the customer pays by card from the email, with the deposit already off the total. Paid, part-paid and overdue are tracked, and a polite reminder chases the ones who forget.

  • Invoice the balance, paid by card from the email
  • The deposit comes off what is owed
  • Paid, part-paid and overdue all tracked
  • A reminder chases a late payer for you

Common questions

Can a deposit hold the day for a big removal?
Yes. You set the deposit per job, so a removal that ties up a day and a full crew can carry a larger deposit, taken by card when the customer accepts the quote. The balance is invoiced when the work is done.
How does the customer pay the balance?
By card from the invoice email once the site is cleared, with the deposit already off the total. Paid, part-paid and overdue are tracked, and transfer or cash can be recorded too.
