- Can a customer pay the balance by card?
- Yes. The invoice has a pay-by-card button, so the customer settles the balance from the email. A deposit already paid comes off, so they only pay what is left.
- How do I chase an unpaid balance?
- Overdue invoices are flagged, and you can send a polite reminder with the card payment link again. Paid, part-paid and owed are all tracked, so you always know who still owes.
