Fewer bookings that fall through
A run you have kept clear is a real cost if it cancels late. A reminder before each visit, and the option of a deposit, keep your week as booked as it looks.
Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

A reminder before every visit
An email reminder goes out before each visit, with a link to move it within the notice you set. An owner whose trip changes does it themselves, so a freed slot is known in time to fill it.
- A reminder before every visit
- Owners reschedule within your notice
- A freed slot known in time
- Fewer visits quietly missed
A deposit for the longer runs
For a block of drop-ins over a holiday, a card deposit taken at booking means the owner is committed, not just pencilled in. It is your choice which bookings ask for one.
- An optional card deposit on a run
- Owners committed, not just pencilled in
- Your choice which ask for one
- Single visits kept simple

Common questions
- How does a reminder cut no-shows?
- An email goes out before each visit with a link to reschedule inside your notice, so an owner who needs to change does it in time and you can fill the slot.
- Do I have to take a deposit?
- No. Deposits are set per service, so you can ask for one on a long run and leave a single drop-in with none.
