A wedding is booked months out, and that Saturday is one you cannot take on twice. Soopaspace takes a deposit by card when the order is booked, so a held date is a committed one.

Take a deposit by card the moment a client books, with the balance due nearer the day. The date is held from the second it is paid, so you are not keeping a busy Saturday free on trust.
