Book your garden rounds on repeat
A lawn every fortnight here, a bigger plot every four weeks there. Soopaspace books each regular into a repeating slot in one go, and keeps private notes for every garden, so the round runs without you rebuilding it each week.
Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

The round, set once
Book a garden into a weekly, fortnightly or every-few-weeks slot for as long as it runs, and keep private notes for each one: the gate code, the dog, where the green bin lives, what the client wants left alone. Every visit is already in your diary.
- Weekly, fortnightly or every-few-weeks rounds, booked in one go
- Alternate weeks for the every-other-week gardens
- Private notes for each plot, carried across visits
- Every visit a real, reminded booking
Every garden remembered, not scribbled in the van
The notes live on each garden and only you see them. The gate that sticks, the dog that is friendly but loud, the bin day, the border the client wants left wild. They build up over the visits, so you pull up knowing exactly what the job is before you are out of the van.
- Private notes on each garden, seen only by you
- Gate codes, pets, bin days and no-go areas in one place
- Built up over visits, not retyped each time
- There the moment you open the booking

Common questions
- Can I set up a fortnightly garden visit that repeats?
- Yes. Book a garden into a weekly, fortnightly or every-few-weeks slot in one go, and every visit lands as a real booking. Private notes hold the gate code, the dog and the rest for each place.
- Where do I keep the gate code and the details for each garden?
- On the garden itself, as private notes only you see. They stay with that client across every visit, so the gate code, the dog and the bin day are in front of you each time, with no notebook to lose.
