The deposit comes in before you order the hair, so you are not out of pocket if plans change. A reminder goes out before the appointment with a link to move it inside the notice you set, so a change of plan frees the afternoon in time.

Common questions
- Can the deposit cover the cost of the hair?
- You set the deposit per service, so you can size it to cover the hair you buy in advance for that fitting. It is taken by card when the client books and comes off the total.
- What if a client reschedules a fitting?
- The reminder email has a reschedule link. As long as they move it within the notice period you set, the appointment and its deposit carry over to the new time.
