A standing slot for the work ahead
The work often runs best as a set of sessions on a steady rhythm, and a client who keeps the same slot keeps coming back. Soopaspace books a standing weekly or fortnightly session in one go, so the diary holds the run.
Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

The same slot, booked ahead
Set a client up on a standing session, weekly or fortnightly or any gap you choose, booked for the whole run in one go. The slot is theirs, the diary holds it, and a reminder goes out before each one.
- A standing slot, weekly, fortnightly or any gap
- Booked for the whole run in one go
- A reminder before every session
- The same time kept for the client
Life happens, the slot holds
Each session in the run is its own booking, so a single week can be moved or cancelled from the reminder without touching the rest. The standing slot stays held for the weeks that follow, and the notes carry across.
- Move or cancel one week, the rest stays put
- The standing slot held for the weeks after
- Clients reschedule from the reminder
- Notes carry from one session to the next

Common questions
- Can a client keep the same weekly slot?
- Yes. You can book a standing weekly or fortnightly session in one go, so the same time is held for them across the whole run.
- Can they move a single session?
- Yes. Each session in the run is its own booking, so one week can be moved or cancelled while the standing slot stays held for the weeks that follow.
