For locksmiths

From enquiry to booked visit

A lock job is hard to price blind. Soopaspace lets a customer describe the door and the lock from your page, you quote for exactly what it needs, and a deposit on the quote holds the date.

Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

A quote for the actual job

A customer sends the details, a euro cylinder to swap, a mortice that has stopped throwing, a full set of locks to bring up to standard, and you reply with a clear quote for that work. No figure guessed on the doorstep, just a tidy price they can accept.

  • The customer describes the lock and the door
  • You quote for exactly what it needs
  • A clear figure, not a doorstep guess
  • They accept it in a tap

A deposit that holds the date

When they accept, a card deposit on the quote holds the slot, so a morning set aside for a lock change is paid toward rather than pencilled in. The balance is invoiced when the work is done, with the deposit already off the total.

  • A deposit holds the date when they accept
  • The slot is paid toward, not held on trust
  • The balance invoiced on completion
  • The deposit comes off what is owed

Common questions

Does the deposit come off the final bill?
Yes. The deposit paid on the quote is deducted from the total, so the invoice at the end only asks for the balance.
What if the job turns out bigger than quoted?
You raise the final invoice for the work actually done, so it reflects the real job. The deposit still comes off, and the customer pays the balance by card from the email.
