Hold the wedding date with a deposit
A bride books her makeup months ahead, and that morning is one you cannot double-book or lose to a no-show. Soopaspace takes a deposit by card to hold the date, lets her check you cover her venue, and fits an early start into the hours you set.
Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

The one morning that cannot go wrong
Take a deposit by card when the booking is made, so a date booked far ahead is held and paid toward, not just pencilled in. If you set the areas you cover, the bride can check you come to her venue before she books, and a reminder goes out before the day.
- A deposit by card holds the date
- She can check you cover her venue before booking
- An early start fits the hours you set
- A reminder before the morning itself
Booked months ahead, still under control
A wedding booked in spring for the autumn needs to stay exactly where it is. The slot is held the moment the deposit is paid, the rest is settled your usual way, and if plans change the client moves it from the reminder inside the notice you choose.
- The slot held from the moment the deposit is paid
- The balance settled the way you prefer
- Changes handled from the reminder, inside your notice
- No double-booking the big morning

Common questions
- Can I take a deposit for a wedding booked months in advance?
- Yes. A deposit by card is taken when the booking is made, which holds the date however far ahead it is, with the balance settled your usual way on or before the day.
- Can a bride check I travel to her venue before booking?
- Yes. If you set the areas you cover, the booking page lets her put in the venue postcode and see whether you come to her before she books, so you are not agreeing to a journey you cannot make.
