A free first consultation
A new client often wants to talk before they book a treatment. Soopaspace lets you offer a short consultation at no charge that books like any other appointment, so trying you is an easy first step.
Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

Booked at no charge, like any appointment
Set up a first consultation or assessment at no charge and it books straight from your page with nothing to pay. The client picks a time, it lands in your diary, and you both use it to talk through what they need before any treatment is booked.
- A first consultation set at no charge
- Books from your page with nothing to pay
- A time that lands in your diary like any other
- A chance to understand what they need
Treatments follow naturally
When the consultation goes well, the treatments follow: a single appointment, a standing slot, or a course of sessions. The client already knows your page and how to book, so going ahead is a small, familiar step.
- A single treatment, a standing slot or a pack
- The client books them the same way
- A deposit can hold the first paid appointment
- Notes from the consultation carry across
Try it on your own business
Start free with your booking page, bookings and clients. No card, no time limit.
Common questions
- Can I offer a consultation for free?
- Yes. You set a first consultation at no charge, and it books from your page like any other appointment with nothing to pay, so a new client can talk to you before committing.
- What happens after the consultation?
- The paid treatments follow, as a single appointment, a standing slot or a course of sessions, booked the same way from your page.
