- Can I quote for a diagnostic first?
- Yes. You can quote for a diagnostic to find the fault, then a follow-up quote for the repair, each with a deposit on the quote to hold the slot.
- Does the deposit come off the bill?
- Yes. The deposit paid on the quote is deducted from the total, so the final invoice only asks for the balance.
