Fewer missed appointments
A missed consultation is an hour you cannot earn back. A reminder before each appointment, and the option of a deposit, keep your day as full as your diary says it is.
Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

A reminder before each one
An email reminder goes out before every appointment, with a link to move it inside the notice you set. A client who needs to change does it in a tap, so a freed hour is known in time to offer it to someone else.
- An automatic reminder before each appointment
- A link to move it inside your notice
- Clients reschedule themselves
- A freed slot known in time to fill it
A deposit when it helps
For a first consultation or a long session you can ask for a deposit by card at booking, so the people who book are the people who turn up. The deposit comes off what they owe, and it is your choice which sessions ask for one.
- An optional card deposit at booking
- The people who book are the ones who come
- The deposit comes off the total
- Your choice which sessions ask for it
