- Can I take a deposit to cut no-shows?
- Yes. You can set a deposit by card on any treatment, taken when the client books, with the balance paid on the day. It is your choice which services ask for one.
- Are my notes on each client private?
- Yes. Notes live on the client and are only ever seen by you, so you can record what you worked on and how they responded. They are your own notes to prepare with, not a clinical records system.
