Common questions
- Does the deposit come off the final bill?
- Yes. The deposit paid on the quote is deducted from the total, so the invoice at the end only asks for the balance.
- What if the job turns out bigger than quoted?
- You raise the final invoice for the work actually done, so it reflects the real job. Paid, part-paid and overdue are tracked, and the customer pays the balance by card from the email.
