A standing slot for routine care
Routine footcare runs on a rhythm, and a client who keeps the same slot keeps coming back. Soopaspace books a standing appointment for the whole run in one go, so the diary holds it.
Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

The same slot, booked ahead
Set a client up on a standing appointment, every few weeks or every few months or any gap you choose, booked for the whole run in one go. The slot is theirs, the diary holds it, and a reminder goes out before each one.
- A standing slot at any gap you choose
- Booked for the whole run in one go
- A reminder before every appointment
- The same time kept for the regular
Life happens, the slot holds
Each appointment in the run is its own booking, so a single visit can be moved or cancelled from the reminder without touching the rest. The standing slot stays held for the visits that follow, and the notes carry across.
- Move or cancel one visit, the rest stays put
- The standing slot held for the visits after
- Clients reschedule from the reminder
- Notes carry from one visit to the next
