- Yes. You can set a deposit by card on any appointment, taken when the client books, with the balance paid on the day. It is your choice which services ask for one.
- Are my client notes private?
- Yes. Notes live on the client and are only ever seen by you, so you can record what you looked at and what to check again. They are your own notes to prepare with, not a records system.
