Fewer missed appointments
An empty slot is an hour you cannot earn back. A reminder before each appointment, and the option of a deposit, keep your day as full as your diary says it is.
Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

A reminder before every appointment
An email reminder goes out before each appointment, with a link to move or cancel within the notice you set. A client who needs to change does it themselves in a tap, so a freed slot is known in time to offer it to someone else.
- An automatic reminder before each appointment
- A link to reschedule within your notice
- Clients change their own booking in a tap
- A freed slot is known in time to fill it
A deposit for the ones that matter most
For a first assessment or a longer appointment, ask for a card deposit when the client books. When someone has paid toward their slot they show up or they let you know, so the hours you most want protected stay booked.
- An optional card deposit on any appointment
- Money toward the slot means fewer no-shows
- Set it on the appointments that cost you most
- The deposit comes off what they owe
Try it on your own business

Common questions
- When does the reminder go out?
- Before each appointment, by email, with a link for the client to move or cancel within the notice period you set.
- Do I have to take a deposit to cut no-shows?
- No. The reminder alone helps a lot. A deposit is there for the appointments you most want to protect, and it is your choice which ones ask for one.
