For pressure washing

Booking for pressure washing

A patio to bring back, a path full of algae, render to wash down: Soopaspace lets a customer describe the job, send a quote or book a visit, take a deposit to hold the day, and invoice the balance once the stone is clean.

Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

Quote or book the visit

A wash is priced off the area and the state of it, so a customer describes the job from your page and you send a clear quote, or let them book a visit outright. A deposit on the quote holds the day, so time set aside for a patio is paid toward rather than pencilled in.

  • Customers describe the area from your page
  • You send a quote, or let them book a visit
  • A deposit holds the day you set aside
  • Time blocked out that really happens

The day held, not held on trust

A bigger wash can take a full day with the kit and the water, and a day lost to a job that falls through is a day you cannot sell twice. A deposit when the work is booked means the day is paid toward, so a cancellation does not leave you with an empty slot and a trailer loaded for nothing.

  • A deposit holds the day you set aside
  • A bigger job can hold a bigger deposit
  • No day lost to a job that goes quiet
  • The balance due when the work is done

Paid when the stone is clean

When the patio is bright again and the paths are done, invoice the balance and the customer pays by card from the email, with the deposit already off the total. Paid, part-paid and overdue are tracked, and a polite reminder chases the ones who forget.

  • Invoice the balance, paid by card from the email
  • The deposit comes off what is owed
  • Paid, part-paid and overdue all tracked
  • A reminder chases a late payer for you

Common questions

Can customers book a visit outright, or do I quote first?
Either. A customer can book a visit from your page, or enquire so you send a quote first. A deposit on the quote holds the day, and the balance is invoiced when the work is done.
How does the customer pay the balance?
By card from the invoice email once the job is done, with any deposit already off the total. Paid, part-paid and overdue are tracked, and transfer or cash can be recorded too.
