- They tap Pay by card in the email and pay there and then. It is recorded against the work, and the invoice shows as paid, so nothing is left hanging.
- Can I chase an unpaid invoice?
- Yes. Overdue invoices are flagged, and you can send a polite reminder with the card link again. Paid, part-paid and owed are all tracked for you.
