A whole term, booked in one go
An after-school club runs the same night every week through the term. Soopaspace lets a parent book the whole block at once, caps each session so the numbers are right, and takes payment up front, so the term is full before it starts.
Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

The term booked as one block
Set up the club as a weekly session that repeats through the term. A parent books the whole run in one go rather than week by week, so you know your numbers from the first session, and the place is paid for before their child turns up.
- A weekly session that repeats through the term
- Booked as one block, not week by week
- Your numbers known from the first session
- Paid up front, not chased each week
Full sessions, with a waitlist
Each week has its own cap, so a session never takes more children than you can coach. When a club fills, the next parent joins a waitlist, and a place that frees up is offered to them, so a popular night stays full all term.
- A place cap on every session
- A waitlist when a club is full
- A freed-up place offered to the next in line
- A popular night stays full all term

Common questions
- Can a parent book a whole term of sessions at once?
- Yes. A club set up as a weekly repeating session can be booked as one block, so a parent books the whole term in a single go and the place is paid for up front.
- What happens when a session is full?
- Each session has its own cap. Once it is full, the next parent joins a waitlist, and if a place frees up it is offered to them, so a full club stays full.
