Keep your busy nights full
A missed tan on a Friday night is a slot you could have sold three times over. A reminder before each appointment, and the option of a deposit, keep your diary as full as it looks.
Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

A reminder before every tan
An email goes out before each appointment with a link to move or cancel inside the notice you set, so a client who cannot make it says so in time and you can offer the slot to someone else.
- An automatic reminder before every tan
- A link to move it inside your notice
- Clients reschedule themselves
- A freed slot known in time to fill it
A deposit on the slots that matter
For the pre-weekend rush you can ask for a deposit by card to hold the slot, so the people who book your best times are the ones who turn up. The deposit comes off the total, with the balance paid on the day.
- An optional card deposit holds the slot
- The people who book are the people who come
- The deposit comes off the total
- The balance paid on the day

Common questions
- Do reminders really cut no-shows?
- An email before each tan with a reschedule link means a client who needs to change does it in time, so you can fill the slot rather than lose the night.
- Can I take a deposit too?
- Yes. A card deposit on the service holds the slot and comes off the total, with the balance paid on the day.
