Each session in a course holds a slot in your day, and it is not a cheap appointment, so a no-show costs. Soopaspace takes a deposit by card the moment a client books, and the balance is paid on the day.

When a client has paid toward their slot, they turn up or they let you know. A reminder goes out before the session with a link to move it inside your notice, so a change of plan frees the slot in good order rather than as an empty room.

- Can I ask for a bigger deposit on a longer session?
- Yes. Each service has its own deposit, so a small patch can take a small one and a large piece a larger one, each taken by card when the client books.
- What if a client needs to rearrange a session?
- The reminder email has a reschedule link. As long as they move it within the notice you set, the session and its deposit carry over to the new time.
