Most AI tools answer questions. The Soopaspace assistant is built into the software that runs your bookings, clients and money, so it carries out the job. Cancel a day and email everyone affected, move a booking, log an expense, set up an offer, draft a campaign. It shows you exactly what will happen, and does it when you approve.

You decide. Routine runs itself.
Anything the assistant does that reaches a client, from a cancellation email to a change on your booking page, waits for your approval. Separately, you can switch on routine jobs, like reminders for overdue invoices, and those then send by themselves without asking each time.
Your data
The assistant runs on Google’s Gemini models. To answer you, it sends your question and the business details needed to answer it. Google processes this as our processor and does not use it to train its models. Read the privacy policy and the data processing terms.
What it doesn’t do
- It never emails a client, changes a booking or changes your booking page without your approval.
- Offers and packs it sets up start switched off. You turn them on.
- Marketing emails stay drafts until you send or schedule them yourself.
- It works from your records. It reports what has happened; it doesn’t predict the future.
- Messages to clients go by email. It doesn’t send texts or WhatsApp messages.
- There’s no live link to Xero or QuickBooks yet. You can export your books to import into them.
- It doesn’t give tax or legal advice.

Is the Soopaspace assistant a chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers questions. The Soopaspace assistant is an AI agent built into the software that runs your bookings, clients and money, so it carries out jobs: it can cancel a day and email every client affected, move a booking, log an expense, set up an offer or draft a campaign. It also answers questions, from your live records.
Does it do things without asking me?
Not anything that reaches a client. Anything that emails a client, changes a booking or changes your booking page is shown to you first and waits for you to tap Approve. Offers and packs start switched off, and marketing emails stay drafts until you send them. Routine reminders only send by themselves if you switch them on.
What can it actually do?
Book, move and cancel appointments and email the clients; take time off and clear the bookings in it; log and correct expenses; mark payments; set targets; set up offers, packs, services and group events; add to your booking page; make posters; draft marketing emails; and answer questions about income, costs, clients and quiet days from your own records.
Which AI does it use, and is my data used for training?
It runs on Google’s Gemini models. Google processes the data as our processor and does not use it to train its models. The details are in our privacy policy and data processing terms.
