An email goes out before each lesson, with a link to move it inside the notice you set. A student who cannot make it tells you in time to offer the slot elsewhere, rather than leaving a silent gap.

A deposit where it helps
For a taster with a new student, you can ask for a deposit by card to hold the slot, so a first lesson booked on a whim is one that actually happens. It is your choice which lessons ask for one.

- Yes. You can ask for a card deposit on a taster, taken when the student books, so a first lesson is committed. It is optional and set per service.
