The same places, on a cycle
Set a clean to repeat on the cycle the customer runs, quarterly for an office, seasonally for a home, at turnover for a let, and the next visits are in the diary already. A landlord or a manager knows it is handled without a reminder from you.
- A clean that repeats on their chosen cycle
- Dates ahead booked in one go
- Offices, lettings and homes alike
- No chasing for the next booking
Move one, keep the rest
Each clean in the run is its own booking, so a quiet month or a clash moves on its own while the cycle stays booked for the visits after. A reminder before each one means nobody is caught out on the day.
- Each visit is its own booking
- Move one without touching the rest
- A reminder before each clean
- The cycle stays put for the visits after

Common questions
- Can I book carpet cleans on a regular cycle?
- Yes. A standing clean repeats on whatever cycle suits, from quarterly to seasonal, booked in one go so the dates ahead are already in your diary.
- Can a single clean be moved?
- Yes. Each clean is its own booking, so one can be moved or skipped while the rest of the cycle stays booked.
