- Yes. You can set a deposit by card on any appointment, taken when the client books, with the balance paid on the day. It is your choice which services ask for one.
- Are my client notes private?
- Yes. Notes live on the client and are only ever seen by you. They are your own notes to prepare with, not a clinical records system.
