- How does a pupil pay an invoice?
- They tap Pay by card in the email and pay there and then. It is recorded against the lesson, and the invoice shows as paid, so nothing is left hanging.
- What if a pupil has not paid?
- Overdue invoices are flagged, and you can send a polite reminder with the card link again. Paid, part-paid and owed are all tracked, so you always know where you stand.
