A learner can choose to book the same time every week when they book. You can set up any other repeat yourself, such as twice a week before a test, and a reminder email goes out before each lesson with a link to move or cancel it within the notice you set.

A block is a set number of lessons sold together at a price you choose. Each booking takes one off. When a learner books, they use their block at checkout with a 6-digit code sent to their email, so only they can spend it.
