Every student, remembered
The topics you have covered, the questions they struggle with, the exam board and the date. Soopaspace keeps a private note on every student, there the moment you open the session.
Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

What you covered, always to hand
Write a note on any student and it stays with them: the topics done, the weak spots to revisit, the exam board, the date it all leads to. Only you see it, so you keep whatever makes the next session count.
- Private notes on each student, seen only by you
- What you covered and what is next
- Built up over sessions, not kept in your head
- There the moment you open the session
Every session picks up where the last left off
When a student comes back after half-term, the notes are still there, so a gap is never a fresh start. Each session carries on from the last rather than from what you can recall between students.
- Notes stay with the student across every session
- A break is never a fresh start
- Progress carried from week to week
- Update a note the moment something changes

Common questions
- Are my notes on a student private?
- Yes. Notes live on the student and are only ever seen by you, so you can record the topics covered, the weak spots and the exam date, with nothing shared.
- Will I see the notes before the session?
- Yes. They are in front of you the moment you open the booking, so you pick up exactly where you left off.
