- Do I have to take a deposit on every session?
- No. Deposits are set per service, so you can ask for one on a new student or a pre-exam one-off and leave your regular students as a straightforward booking.
- What if a family needs to move a paid session?
- As long as they move it within the notice period you set, the session and its deposit carry over to the new time rather than being lost.
