Ask for a deposit by card the moment a client books, with the rest settled your usual way. It is most useful for a new client or a longer session, and you choose which bookings ask for one.

- Do I have to take a deposit on every session?
- No. Deposits are set per service, so you can ask for one on a new client or a longer session and leave the rest as a straightforward booking.
- What if a client needs to move a paid session?
- As long as they move it within the notice period you set, the session and its deposit carry over to the new time rather than being lost.
