Booking for music teachers
Soopaspace books your weekly lessons for the whole term, invoices parents and takes the payment, and reminds everyone before each lesson, so your teaching time is spent teaching, not chasing.
Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

A full term, booked in one go
Set a pupil up with a weekly slot and book it across the whole term in one go, so the same time each week is held without a message every Sunday night. Each lesson is its own booking, so a single week can move for a holiday or an exam without touching the rest.
- A standing weekly slot, held all term
- The whole term booked in one go
- Each lesson its own booking, so one can move alone
- A reminder before every lesson
Parents paid, without the awkward note
Turn a term of lessons into an invoice a parent pays by card from the email, with paid, part-paid and overdue tracked for you. Or sell a pack of lessons paid up front, booked one at a time as the term goes on.
- Invoice a parent, paid by card from the email
- Paid, part-paid and overdue all tracked
- A polite reminder chases the slow ones
- Or a pack of lessons paid up front
Fewer gaps, more playing
A reminder before each lesson, with a link to move it inside your notice, means fewer forgotten slots, and you can ask for a deposit to hold a trial lesson. Gift vouchers sell from the same page for a birthday or the start of a new instrument.
- A reminder cuts forgotten lessons
- An optional deposit holds a trial
- Gift vouchers sold straight from your page
- Everything in one place, not three apps

Common questions
- Can I book a pupil’s lessons for the whole term?
- Yes. A weekly slot repeats across the term and is booked in one go, so the time is held for the whole run. Each lesson is its own booking, so a single week can move without disturbing the others.
- How do parents pay?
- You invoice them and they pay by card from the email, or you sell a pack of lessons paid up front. Paid, part-paid and overdue are all tracked, so you always know who still owes.
