An email goes out before each lesson, with a link to move it inside the notice you set. A pupil who cannot make it tells you in time to offer the slot to someone on the waiting list, rather than leaving a silent gap.

A deposit where it helps
For a trial lesson with a new pupil, you can ask for a deposit by card to hold the slot, so a first lesson booked on a whim is one that actually happens. It is your choice which lessons ask for one.

- Yes. A reminder email goes out before each lesson with a link to reschedule inside your notice period, so fewer are forgotten and a change is known in time.
- Can I take a deposit for a trial lesson?
- Yes. You can ask for a card deposit on a trial, taken when the pupil books, so a first lesson is committed. It is optional and set per service.
