A deposit holds the place
A private session or a reformer slot held and then dropped is time you cannot sell again. Soopaspace takes a deposit by card when a client books, so the slots you plan for happen.
Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.
How it looks
A £10.00 deposit is taken now by card. The remaining £20.00 is paid on the day.

A deposit when they book
Ask for a deposit by card the moment a client books, with the rest settled your usual way. It is most useful for a private session or a one-off, and you choose which bookings ask for one.
- A card deposit taken at booking
- Set it where a dropped place costs you most
- The balance settled your usual way
- The client sees exactly what is left
The places you hold are kept
A client who has paid toward the session turns up, and the ones who cannot make it tell you in time to offer the place elsewhere. A reminder goes out before it with a link to move inside your notice.
- Money toward the place means fewer drop-outs
- A reminder before each session
- Clients move a booking inside your notice
- A freed place is known in time to fill it

Common questions
- Do I have to take a deposit on every class?
- No. Deposits are set per service, so you can ask for one on a private session or a reformer slot and leave your mat classes as a straightforward booking.
- What if a client needs to move a paid session?
- As long as they move it within the notice period you set, the session and its deposit carry over to the new time rather than being lost.
