- Can I take a deposit so people do not miss appointments?
- Yes. You can set a deposit by card on any treatment, taken when the client books, with the balance paid on the day. It is your choice which treatments ask for one.
- Are my client notes private?
- Yes. Notes live on the client and are only ever seen by you, so you can record what helps you prepare. They are your own notes, not a clinical records system.
