Squads and privates, booked and paid
Share one page. Players pick a private lesson or a place in a squad, pay by card or in person, and it lands in your diary. A squad has a set number of places that count down, with a waitlist when it is full and a cancelled place offered to the next person in line.

Blocks of lessons and monthly squads
Sell a block of lessons at one price and it counts off as the player books. Run a squad as a monthly membership that bills on its own by card through Stripe, or by cash or bank transfer if you take those. Players can cancel from their own link.
Fewer no-shows, courts kept full
Ask for a deposit or full payment at booking on the sessions you choose, so a held court is a paid court. When someone drops out, the place is offered to the waitlist automatically.
The money, kept tidy
Income against a target, expenses and mileage, and a tax-year summary of your income and costs you can download for you or your accountant. Snap a receipt and the expense fills itself in.

- Can I run squads as well as private lessons?
- Yes. A squad has a set number of places and its own dates, and each date shows how many places are left. Full dates offer a waitlist, and a cancelled place is offered to the next person in line by email.
- Can I sell a block of lessons or a monthly squad?
- Yes. A block is a set number of lessons at one price, counted off as the player books. A monthly squad is billed each month: by card through Stripe, or by cash or bank transfer if you offer them. Players can cancel from their own link.
- Does it handle regulars on the same slot every week?
- Yes. A player can choose to repeat a booking every week when they book, and you can set any other repeat yourself, such as every two weeks.
- Can I take a deposit so players don’t no-show?
- Yes. On the sessions you choose, ask for a deposit or full payment at booking. The court is held once it is paid for, and the money goes straight to your own Stripe account.
- Can I coach at more than one club or venue?
- Not yet. Today you can work from one place, travel to players within an area you set, and coach online alongside either.
