Invoiced and paid by card

A full re-cover carries a balance you should not have to chase. Soopaspace turns the agreed balance into an invoice the customer pays by card, with the deposit already off the total.

Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

From agreed balance to money in

When the piece is finished, build the invoice from the job and send it, and the customer pays by card with one tap. A deposit already paid comes off the total, so the invoice shows exactly what is left to settle before the furniture goes home.

  • A tidy invoice when the piece is finished
  • Paid by card straight from the email
  • The deposit already off the total
  • The customer sees what is left to pay

Nothing left to chase at collection

A restoration ties up your bench for days and carries a sizeable balance, which is exactly the money you do not want to be chasing. Paid, part-paid and overdue are tracked, and a polite reminder follows anything overdue, so collection is about the piece, not the payment.

  • Paid, part-paid and overdue tracked
  • A polite reminder chases overdue
  • No chasing a big balance by hand
  • Cash or transfer can be recorded too

Common questions

Can a customer pay an upholstery invoice by card?
Yes. The invoice goes by email with a Pay by card button, and paid, part-paid and overdue are tracked for you. A deposit already paid comes off the balance.
What about a set, paid-upfront job?
A set job sold on demand is paid when the piece comes in, so there is no balance to invoice. Invoicing is for the restorations that carry one.
