Repeat bookings and regular clients in Soopaspace

This page describes what Soopaspace does for clients who come back: repeat bookings you set up in one go, weekly bookings clients can make themselves, bundles of sessions, client records, and messages to clients who have not booked in a while. Repeat bookings, bundles and reconnect messages are on the paid plan.

Client records
Everyone who books is added to Clients. Each client page has notes you write and a timeline of their bookings and other activity.

Repeat bookings you set up
When you add a booking, tick Repeat this booking. Choose Every Week, Fortnight or Month, and when it ends:
- After a number of sessions, up to 26
- On or before a date
- Until I cancel (weekly or fortnightly only), which books up to your booking window and keeps itself booked until you cancel it
- Sessions that clash with an existing booking are skipped and reported
Weekly bookings clients make themselves
At checkout, clients can tick Make this a weekly booking and choose to repeat for 2 to 26 weeks, at the same time each week. Weeks that are not available are skipped. These are paid each time by the ways to pay you accept other than card, and add-ons, promo codes and gift vouchers apply to one-off bookings only.
Bundles
On the paid plan, Bundles lets you sell a set of sessions together. Bundle sessions are then booked one at a time.
Clients who have not booked in a while
On the paid plan, Clients can show the people who last booked between 60 and 540 days ago. Soopaspace can draft a message to them, which you can edit before anything is sent. Nothing sends until you send it, and only clients who have agreed to marketing emails receive it.
Reminders before each visit
On the paid plan, reminder emails go 24 hours and 1 hour before each appointment, with a link to cancel or reschedule. You control them in Account, under Client messages.
Soopaspace keeps your client list, books repeat sessions in one go, and drafts a message to quiet clients that only goes when you send it.

- Yes, on the paid plan. Tick Repeat this booking, choose Week, and pick when it ends, including Until I cancel.
- Can clients book a weekly slot themselves?
- Yes, on the paid plan. At checkout they can tick Make this a weekly booking and choose 2 to 26 weeks. They pay each time by a way other than card.
- Does Soopaspace message past clients on its own?
- No. It drafts a message for you to edit, and nothing goes until you send it.
