Taking bookings from your Instagram bio with Soopaspace

Soopaspace gives you a booking page with its own link. That link can go in your Instagram bio, or anywhere else you share things. Someone who taps it sees your services and prices, picks a time and books. This page covers where to find the link, the other ways to share it, and what happens after someone books.

Your booking page link
Your booking page lives at soopaspace.com/book/ followed by your own page address. Clients who open it see your services with their prices, choose one, pick a time from your availability and book. The booking page is on the free plan as well as the paid one.

Where to copy it
In the page editor, Share opens Share your page, with:
- Your page link, with a copy button
- A QR code for the page
- Your business card page

Soopaspace also makes a card page for you at soopaspace.com/card/ followed by your page address. It shows your name, a Book now button, a save-to-contacts link and a QR code.
What happens after someone books
Your client gets a confirmation email, with a personal note from you if you have written one in Account, under Client messages. They are added to Clients, where you can keep notes about them. On the paid plan, reminder emails go before the appointment. If you take cards and your Stripe account is connected, clients can pay as they book; otherwise they pay you by the ways you accept.
