Can the emails use the dog’s name?

Yes. Set your booking form to ask for the pet’s name, and owners give it when they book. Their confirmation, reminders and any payment reminder then name the dog, for example “Biscuit’s Full Dog Groom on Tue 22 Sep”, and the name shows on the booking in your diary.

Can I charge different prices for different dog sizes?

Yes. Each size can be its own service with its own price and length. Owners tap their dog’s size on your booking page and see only the services for that size.

I am a mobile groomer. Can owners check I cover their area?

Yes. You list the areas you cover, and owners pop in their postcode on your booking page to see whether you come to them.

Can I take a deposit before a dog grooming appointment?

Yes. Each service can have its own deposit, taken by card when the owner books. Any extras they add are paid with the deposit, and the rest of the dog groom is paid on the day.

Can I keep notes on each dog?

Yes. Every client has private notes that stay with them across visits, alongside the answers they gave when booking and every past dog groom.

Can regulars stay on a six-week cycle?
