A frame is a job you take in, not a meeting you sit through. Soopaspace lets a customer pay for a set job upfront, quote the bespoke pieces with a deposit, and keep the money sorted before the work is collected.
Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

Plenty of framing has a clear price: a standard print mounted and framed, a photo in a ready moulding, a certificate behind glass. You list the job at a set price, the customer pays upfront when they bring the piece in, and they collect it when it is ready. There is no appointment and nothing sits in a diary, which is how a brought-in job should work.

A large canvas, conservation mounting or a hand-finished moulding is not a price off a list. The customer enquires from your page, you talk through the mount, the moulding and the glass and send a clear quote, and a card deposit on it holds the work. The balance is invoiced when the piece is ready.
A bespoke frame can take days and use materials cut to order, so the payment should be settled, not left to collection day. Taken upfront on a set job, or invoiced and paid by card on a quoted one, it is handled for you, with paid, part-paid and overdue tracked and a polite reminder for anyone slow.
