Notes on every player you coach
The skill they are drilling, the thing that finally clicked last week, the parent to text if a session moves. Soopaspace keeps private notes on each player that follow them from one session to the next, so you coach the player in front of you, not a name on a list.
Free to start with your booking page, bookings and clients. Everything else is one paid plan: £9.99/month billed yearly, or £12.99 monthly.

Where each player is, in front of you
Write a note on any player and it stays with them: what they are working on, where they have come on, what to push next, the contact for a junior’s parent. Only you see it, and it is there the moment you open the booking, so a full squad does not all blur into one.
- Private notes per player, carried across sessions
- What they are working on and what to push next
- A parent contact for the juniors
- Only ever seen by you, never the player
Progress you can see across a squad
The notes build up over the sessions, so you can see how a player is developing rather than trying to hold a whole group in your head. It is your own private working note on each one, kept simple, so write whatever helps you plan the next session well.
- Progress that builds up over the sessions
- Plan the next session from the last
- A whole squad kept straight, not in your head
- Your own private working note, kept simple

Common questions
- Do my notes on a player carry over between sessions?
- Yes. Notes live on the player, not the single booking, so what they are working on and where they have improved are in front of you every session.
- Can players or parents see the notes I write?
- No. Notes are private to you. Players and parents never see them, so you can record whatever helps you plan their coaching.
